This role will involve working with the QA Team Lead and the QA team to develop automated tests for the web application. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective automation framework for a web application. This role will also require the ability of building and executing automated test cases.
Key Duties:
Implement and maintain test automation framework
Use a modular approach for the testing framework and develop reusable functions and libraries
Develop and maintain new automated test cases
Create and executing test automation suites
Create automation reports and communicating the results of the automation executions
Make test automation framework available to other users/testers
Experience and skill requirements:
Extensive test automation experience using automating tools
2+ year experience in automation test
Experience on building automation frameworks
In-depth knowledge of test automation tools, techniques, methods and procedures
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, KanBan), User Stories and acceptance criteria
Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people
Cross browser testing experience
